And in separate letter confirm us about our commission (atleast @ 35% or your standard commission) after receiving full payment from our customer through L/C only. (The Proforma Invoice showing the FOB and CIF value). Please send your quotation as per return email and mail us your signed copy on urgent basis through Speed Post. Please send it on urgent basis with your suggestion.

Also we request you to send us set of Literature/ Catalogs, Shortforms - 25nos, Few nos. gift item for our potential customer only, Technical Papers, Distributor/ Sales Training Manual, latest articles of your products with Demo CD if available with you and your supporting materials through Speed-Post or via Air-Post Parcel or ordinary Air-Mail only.
